Eugene Villatoro, Operations Manager.

With a career in Architecture and a diploma in Architectural Technologies, Eugene has experience running his own construction company Mincor Constructora, SA. of CV. (www.mincormexico.mx) for the last 18 years and has held various management positions during the last three decades – always related to the construction environment in the residential, commercial and industrial areas.

Stephen Burry, Business Manager.

Stephen is a Calgary based entrepreneur and runs a successful immigration law firm. His experience in building businesses from the ground up offers a unique supplement to Eugene’s vast project management experience. Stephen has his own project management experience in the oil and gas sector in Alberta and has run various small businesses.

This merger of vision and experience formed Toro & Burry Project Management Limited.
